PILATES FUSION
  • Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates also strengthens the deep torso muscles which help alleviate and prevent back pain.
TAI CHI
  • A martial arts fitness workout based on karate moves, with kicks, blocks and punches built into patterns and repetitions. This class gives you strength and control while burning calories.
