Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity and a very effective cross-training fitness option.
Wednesday: 6.00 to 7.00 pm Pilates Fusion Zoe
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the boy to balance. It is one of the safest forms of exercsie and can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level
Thursday: 6.15 to 7.15 pm Cardio Kickbox Rhian
A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts, Cardio Kickbox is an intense, total body workout that can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Thursday 7.15 to 8.45 pm 12+Hip Hop/Street I Dance

1.30 to 3.00 pm Hip Hop I Dance
3.00 to 4.30 pm Jazz/Commercial Class I Dance
