On Sunday 1st June LIFE are running their yearly RUN For LIFE around the lake on Swansea Enterprise Zone. The event starts at 10.30am from the club. After the event we will be holding a BBQ and through out the day there will be a chance for anyone over 16 to try out the club for FREE. So please register now or call the club for details....
